- Copy the code from your Gameplug order.
- Open roblox.com/redeem in a web browser (computer, phone or tablet) and log in to the right account.
- Enter the code in the text box and click Redeem.
- Got Credit? Select Get Robux on the same page to turn it into Robux.
What you need before you redeem
- The right Roblox account, logged in. Robux and Credit go to the account that is logged in when you redeem, and they cannot be moved to another account afterwards. On a shared family computer or tablet, check the username first.
- A web browser. Roblox gift cards are redeemed at roblox.com/redeem in a browser on a computer, phone or tablet. The standard Roblox mobile app and consoles have no redeem page; only the Roblox app on Samsung Galaxy devices does.
- An adult, or a parent's consent. Roblox's gift card terms say you must be 18 or older to redeem cards and Credit, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Monthly spending limits set in Roblox's parental controls do not block gift card redemptions, so a parent who wants to keep control should redeem the card together with the child.
- To know which card you have. A Credit card shows a money value (for example 10 USD or 20 AED) and adds Roblox Credit. A Robux card shows a number of Robux and adds exactly that. The product name on Gameplug tells you which one you bought.
- The whole code, in one go. A card is redeemed in full and cannot be split. You can redeem as many cards as you like, one at a time.
How to redeem a Roblox gift card, step by step
Most people redeem in a browser, which works on any computer, phone or tablet. Samsung Galaxy owners can also redeem inside the Roblox app.
