What is a Roblox gift card?
Roblox gift cards are also called Roblox codes, Roblox PINs or Robux cards. Each one is a prepaid code you redeem on a Roblox account. What it adds depends on the card:
- Credit cards carry a money value in one currency, such as 10 or 25 in euros, pounds or dollars. Redeeming adds that amount to the account as Roblox Credit.
- Robux cards carry a fixed number of Robux, which go straight into the account's Robux balance when redeemed.
The card name and product page tell you which type you are buying. Many cards also come with a bonus virtual item, shown on the card when there is one.
What Credit can be used for
- Buying Robux, the currency used across Roblox experiences and in the Avatar Shop.
- Paying for a Roblox Premium membership, which gives a monthly Robux allowance and other member benefits.
Credit is spent on the Roblox website, so use a browser on a computer, phone or tablet to convert it. Robux, once you have them, work everywhere you play — PC, Mac, phone, tablet, Xbox and PlayStation — because they belong to the account, not the device.
Only want Robux and nothing else? We also sell Robux top-ups directly: see Robux.
Roblox card regions and currencies
Roblox cards are issued for a country and priced in that country's currency. Credit cards in particular are a money value, so the currency matters: a euro card adds euro Credit, a pound card adds pound Credit, a dollar card adds dollar Credit. The country and currency printed on every card on this page tell you exactly what you are getting.
The safest choice is the card for the country you live in and pay in. That way the Credit is in the same currency as the Robux prices Roblox shows you, and nothing has to be converted.
