In short
- Copy the PIN or code from your Gameplug order, and your Player ID from your Free Fire profile.
- Diamond PIN: on PagoStore (country México), open Redeem, enter the PIN and your Player ID, then Confirm to Redeem.
- 12/16-character code: on reward.ff.garena.com, sign in with your linked login, enter the code and Confirm.
- Open Free Fire and check your diamond balance.
What you need before you redeem
- Your Player ID. Open your player profile in Free Fire: the Player ID is shown there. Copy it exactly, because the diamonds go to whichever ID you enter.
- A linked account, not a guest account. Garena's Rewards Redemption Site does not let guest accounts redeem. Link your account first in the game (for example to Facebook, Google, X or Apple ID) and sign in with that login.
- A code for your account's region. Diamond codes are issued for a region, and Garena checks it against your account when you redeem. On Gameplug, the region is in the product name and on the product page before you pay (for example "MX", "Mexico" or "LATAM").
- The right site for your code. Diamond PINs (Garena prepaid card PINs) are redeemed on PagoStore. Redemption codes of 12 or 16 capital letters and numbers are redeemed on the Rewards Redemption Site. If your order shows instructions for your pack, follow them.
- The game installed and a character created. The Rewards Redemption Site refuses codes for accounts that have not created a character yet.
