- Copy the PIN from your Gameplug order.
- Sign in at gold.razer.com with your Razer ID (create a Razer Gold wallet if you have none).
- Click Reload Now and select Razer Gold PIN.
- Enter the PIN, click Next and complete the 2-step authentication.
What you need before you reload
- A Razer ID with a Razer Gold wallet. Creating one is free on gold.razer.com. If your Razer ID has no wallet yet, the site asks you to create one (Create Wallet) before you can reload.
- A PIN for your wallet's region. Razer says a PIN can reload Razer Gold wallets in the same region it was purchased from. Your wallet's location and currency are chosen when you create it and cannot be changed on the website afterwards; only Razer Gold Customer Support can handle a region change request.
- Room under your wallet limit. Each wallet has a balance limit. A reload that would take you over it is refused, so spend some balance first or raise the limit (Razer lets you increase it by completing your profile or verifying your identity).
- Access to your 2-step authentication. Razer asks you to complete a 2-step authentication step before the reload goes through, so keep the phone or email linked to your Razer ID at hand.
- A supported location. The Razer Gold wallet is not available in every country; in that case the site says it is not available for your current location.
How to reload a Razer Gold PIN, step by step
Razer Gold reloads happen on the official website, gold.razer.com, on a computer or in a phone's browser. The balance belongs to your Razer ID, so it is available wherever you sign in.
