In short
- Copy the code from your Gameplug order.
- Go to netflix.com/redeem in a web browser on your phone or computer.
- Enter the code and click Redeem.
- Existing member: enter your account email. New member: create the account and choose a plan.
What you need before you redeem
- An account billed in the card's currency. Netflix lets you use a gift card bought in another country as long as the card is in the same currency as your Netflix bill. The country of every card, and so its currency, is in the product name and on the product page before you pay.
- Netflix billing you directly, not Apple or a package. Gift cards can be used if you pay through most third parties, but not if you pay through Apple or if Netflix is included in a package from another company.
- Your own account, not an extra member slot. Gift and promo codes cannot be applied to extra member accounts, which are paid for by someone else. Create a separate account if you want to pay with a gift card.
- A second payment method in some countries. In countries where Netflix does not sell gift cards, such as the Dominican Republic and Paraguay, you can still use a card in your billing currency, but Netflix says you will need to add a second payment method.
- A web browser. Netflix's redemption page is netflix.com/redeem. Open it in the browser on your phone or computer; the membership then works on every device you watch on.
