To redeem a Binance Gift Card, open the Binance app, tap More and then Gift Card, choose Redeem to crypto on the Redeem tab, enter the 16-character redemption code and tap Redeem. On a computer, sign in at binance.com, click Gift Card at the bottom of the page, enter the code and click Redeem. The crypto is credited to your Spot or Funding Wallet straight away. Only verified Binance accounts can redeem gift cards.
Below you will find the exact steps for the app and the website, what to set up first (identity verification, your country, the right code), which cryptocurrency you receive, and what to do when Binance will not accept a code.
- Copy the 16-character redemption code from your Gameplug order.
- Sign in to a verified Binance account.
- App: tap More → Gift Card → Redeem to crypto. Web: click Gift Card at the bottom of binance.com.
- Enter the code and select Redeem. The crypto lands in your Spot or Funding Wallet.
What you need before you redeem
- A verified Binance account. Binance says only verified users can redeem gift cards. If you have not finished identity verification yet, do it first (see the steps below). It needs an ID document such as a passport, ID card or driver's license, and a short selfie check.
- A country where redemption is supported. Binance does not support gift card redemption in some countries, including the United States and its territories (Puerto Rico among them), Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Russia and Cuba. Binance says the list is not exhaustive and can change, so check the official FAQ if you are unsure.
