- Copy the product code from your Gameplug order.
- Open the EA app and sign in to the EA Account that should own the game.
- Open My Library and select Redeem Code.
- Enter the code, select Next, then Confirm, and download the game.
What you need before you redeem
- The right EA Account, signed in. The game is added to the account you are signed in to. EA asks you to check this before you redeem, especially if you are a parent adding a game to your child's account: sign in with the child's EA Account, not your own.
- The EA app on your PC. It is free from ea.com/ea-app. Even if you redeem the code in a browser, you download, update and launch the game in the EA app.
- A PC code. Every key in this guide is a PC code for the EA app. On ea.com/redeem, PC codes have their own Redeem button; the buttons below it are for codes from other platforms.
- The base game for add-ons. Expansion packs, stuff packs and DLC only become active when you own the base game on the same EA Account, and they appear under that game rather than as a new tile in your library.
- Your two-factor authentication method. With 2FA on, EA sends a code by email, authenticator app or text message when a new device signs in. Keep your backup codes safe: they are the only way in from a new device if you lose that method.
- A country where EA games are available. EA follows embargoes, sanctions and local laws, so some or all EA games are unavailable in a few countries and regions (see the region section below).
