- Copy the code from your Gameplug order.
- Log in to the Battle.net account the code is for.
- Website: Redeem a Code box on your Account Overview. Desktop app: profile icon > Redeem Code.
- Enter the code and confirm. Games, Balance or Game Time are added to that account.
What you need before you redeem
- The right Battle.net account. A code can be used once and cannot be resold or moved afterwards, and Battle.net Balance cannot be transferred to another account. Check which BattleTag you are logged in with.
- A Balance card in your Shop's currency. Blizzard only lets you claim a Balance card if the currency on the card is the currency the Battle.net Shop shows you, which comes from the country of residence in your account settings.
- An Authenticator for a bigger balance. You can hold up to $350, €250 or £200 in Battle.net Balance, but only $110, €110 or £100 if no Battle.net Authenticator is linked to the account.
- A game key for your region. Some codes are region-locked and do not work on an account from another region. On Gameplug the region is in the product name.
- A product you do not own yet. A code may not work if your account already owns what it unlocks.
How to redeem a Battle.net code, step by step
Every route adds the code to the same Battle.net account. Blizzard recommends the website (Account Management) if a Balance code fails in the app.
