- Copy the 12-digit code from your Gameplug order.
- Sign in to the PlayStation account the money is for.
- Open PlayStation Store and choose Redeem Code.
- Type the code and select Redeem (PS5) or Continue (PS4, web, app).
What you need before you redeem
- The right account, signed in. Funds and content cannot be moved between accounts afterwards, so check which account is active before you redeem.
- A code for your account's region. A PlayStation Store code only works on an account from the same country or region, and an account's region cannot be changed. The region is shown in the product name and on the product page before you pay.
- An adult account for wallet top-ups. Child accounts have no wallet. Redeem wallet codes on the family manager's account; the family manager can then set a monthly spending limit for the child.
- A payment method for some subscription codes. A few PlayStation Plus vouchers can only be redeemed once a credit or debit card is saved on the account. PlayStation Store shows a message when that applies.
- The 12-digit code. PlayStation Store voucher codes have 12 characters. A 10-digit code is a discount code, which you enter in the cart instead (see the FAQ).
How to redeem a PlayStation Store code, step by step
Pick the device you have in front of you. Every route adds the money or content to the same account, so use whichever is easiest.
