Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gameplug website at gameplug.net, our applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Gameplug LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (filing #2026-002003112) with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Gameplug", "we", "us"), provides the Service and is the seller and merchant of record for all orders. Our payment processors —Stripe, Inc. (cards and local payment methods) andNOWPayments (cryptocurrency) — process the payment transaction on our behalf. Their own terms and notices apply to data you submit during checkout.

Please read Section 14 (Dispute resolution) carefully — it includes an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver for users in the United States.

• "Account" — your registered profile on the Service.
• "Product" — any digital good listed on the Service: game keys, DLC keys, gift cards, software licenses, subscription codes, eSIM data plans, top-ups, mobile airtime.
• "Key" — the alphanumeric activation code, license code, or credential delivered after a successful purchase.
• "Reveal Page" — the tokenized URL we email you after a successful purchase, where you scratch off a cover to reveal your Key.
• "Supplier" — the third-party wholesaler (CodesWholesale, Kinguin, Reloadly, etc.) we source the Key from.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

You also represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or ordering from a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person with whom we are legally prohibited from dealing. See Section 16 (Sanctions & export controls).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date.
• You may not sell, transfer, or share your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, abuse, or to comply with law.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected during checkout and are inclusive of any tax we are required to collect. The final price, currency, and any sales or value-added tax will be shown before you confirm your order.

A service fee is added to each order at checkout. It is the same whichever payment method you choose, it is shown in your basket and in the order summary before you confirm, and it is included in the total you pay. If we refund an order in full, the service fee is refunded with it.

You may pay using any payment method offered at checkout, including:

• Card & wallets (Stripe) — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local methods; Stripe, Inc. processes the payment on our behalf.
• Cryptocurrency (NOWPayments) — NOWPayments processes the crypto transaction.
• Gameplug Wallet — your store-credit balance.

A confirmed order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the binding sale terms shown at checkout. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, supplier stockout, or pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount to the original payment method.

You are purchasing a license to use the Product on the platform specified at the time of sale (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Epic Games, Battle.net, etc.). You are not purchasing ownership of the Product itself or any underlying intellectual property.

The end-user license agreement (EULA) issued by the Product's publisher applies once you redeem your Key on the relevant platform. Your continued use of the Product is governed by that EULA. We do not control and are not responsible for any change to a publisher's EULA, terms of service, regional availability, or system requirements.

Some Keys are region-locked. The product page indicates the activation region. You are responsible for confirming that the region matches your platform account before purchase. Keys redeemed outside the listed region may not activate.

After a successful payment, we email you an order confirmation. Once the Key is sourced from the Supplier (typically minutes; up to 24 hours in rare cases), we send a separate delivery email that contains a link to the Reveal Page — not the Key itself.

Delivery is not guaranteed to be instant. Most orders are fulfilled within seconds, but during high-traffic hours — or when a Supplier is slow to release stock — sourcing your Key can take up to 5 minutes. If a Supplier fails to deliver within that window, we automatically re-source your Key from another Supplier, which can add a few more minutes.

The Reveal Page is a private, tokenized URL that lets you scratch off a cover to reveal your Key. The link in the delivery email is the credential — keep it private.

Revealed Keys are shown for a limited time. For security, once you scratch to reveal a Key it remains visible on the Reveal Page for a short window — copy and store it when you reveal it. Reveal links themselves also expire after a period of time. If you lose access to a Key you purchased, contact [email protected] and we will restore access after verifying the order.

When you scratch to reveal a Key, we record the date, time, IP address, and device user-agent. This audit is used only to defend against chargebacks and disputes and to detect refund abuse.

The general rule:

• You may request a refund or replacement before you reveal the Key by emailing [email protected]. Typically within 14 days.
• Once you have revealed the Key, the order is considered delivered and refunds are not available on demand. If the Key does not work, use "Report a problem" on the Reveal Page. We validate with the Supplier; confirmed-invalid Keys get a replacement. Where the Supplier confirms the Key is valid (e.g. already activated), the dispute is declined.
• We may reject refund requests that show patterns of abuse (repeat "didn't work" claims, or claims on Keys you already revealed).

EU / UK statutory withdrawal: By starting download / use / redemption of a Key, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that this causes you to lose the right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m) and the equivalent UK regulations. The Reveal action is treated as the start of performance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Keys obtained through the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service, except for public search-engine indexing.
• Probe, scan, or test the Service's vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or anti-fraud systems.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• File fraudulent chargebacks or refund disputes after receiving and redeeming a Key.
• Use the Service to commit money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financial crime.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or the experience of other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal remedies for breach of this section.

The Service, including its software, text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Gameplug or its licensors. Product names and trademarks displayed are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. Send notices to [email protected] with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Gameplug Plus is an optional paid membership that unlocks member benefits (the Gameplug rewards program). It is purchased as a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout — it does not renew automatically and we never charge your payment method again without a new purchase you initiate.

• If we ever introduce auto-renewing memberships, we will present the renewal price, interval, and a simple online cancellation method clearly before you subscribe, and these Terms will be updated first.
• Refunds of Plus purchases are governed by the Refund Policy.
• We may change the price of new Plus purchases at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameplug's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Gameplug in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gameplug and its affiliates from any claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, or (d) any chargeback or dispute you file in bad faith.

This section applies only if you are a resident of the United States. By using the Service you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms ("Dispute") will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except as set out below.

• Arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• You and Gameplug agree to bring claims only in your or our individual capacity, not as a class plaintiff or class member.
• Either party may bring a small-claims case in court if the claim qualifies.
• You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

For non-US users, Section 15 (Governing law) applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 14, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. EU and UK consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.

Gameplug is a United States company and complies with US economic sanctions and export-control laws administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Bureau of Industry and Security, as well as applicable EU and UK measures. You may not use the Service if you are subject to such restrictions.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or ordering on behalf of any person in a comprehensively sanctioned country or region — currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
• You are not located in or ordinarily resident in Russia, which we do not serve.
• You are not identified on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, the Consolidated Sanctions List, or any other applicable restricted-party or denied-party list, and are not owned or controlled by any such person.
• You will not use, export, re-export, or transfer any Product or Key in violation of applicable sanctions or export-control laws, and will not use the Service to facilitate sanctions evasion.

We screen orders by the billing country you provide and refuse any order destined for a restricted jurisdiction; our payment processors additionally screen transactions at the payment layer. We may cancel any order, suspend any account, and report activity as required where we reasonably believe these restrictions apply. This list may change as the underlying legal measures change.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or compliance with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a site notice and, where required, by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, Cookie Notice, and any product-specific terms, are the entire agreement.
• Severability — if any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
• Assignment — you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure — we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
