End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") covers your use of the Gameplug Service itself — the website, account, wallet, loyalty system, and any client software we publish. It does not govern the underlying games, software, or subscriptions whose Keys you redeem; those are governed by the EULA of the destination platform (Steam, PlayStation, Adobe, Microsoft, etc.).

Subject to your continued compliance with the Terms of Service and this EULA, Gameplug grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to:

• Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Purchase Products from Gameplug (merchant of record), with payments processed by Stripe or NOWPayments.
• Receive and use the Keys delivered to you, in accordance with the destination platform's own EULA.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit Keys, Products, or any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive source code of the Service.
• Use bots, automated tools, or stress-testing tools against the Service.
• Bypass region restrictions, age gates, or geo-fencing through VPNs or false billing information.
• Use the Service to host, transmit, or facilitate illegal content.
• Use the Service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a comprehensively sanctioned country or region (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine) or Russia, or if you are on a restricted-party / denied-party list. When you redeem a Key on Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox, Nintendo eShop, Epic Games Store, GOG, Battle.net, EA App, Ubisoft Connect, Microsoft, Adobe, or any other destination platform, you accept that platform's own EULA. Gameplug is not a party to that EULA and is not responsible for:

• Bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by the platform on your account.
• DRM, anti-cheat, account-linking, or always-online requirements.
• Server uptime, multiplayer functionality, in-game currency value, or content updates of the underlying game.
• Changes the publisher makes to a game after you redeem it.

Your Gameplug Wallet balance is store credit that can be used to pay for Products. It is not a bank deposit, is not insured, and does not accrue interest.

Wallet balance is non-withdrawable except where required by mandatory consumer protection law. It is forfeited if your account is terminated for breach of the Terms.

Loyalty points and Gameplug+ benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will not remove a feature that materially degrades a paid subscription benefit without offering you a refund or comparable alternative for the unused portion.

This EULA terminates immediately if you breach it. On termination:

• Your right to access the Service stops.
• Previously delivered Keys remain yours; the destination platform's EULA continues to govern them.
• Wallet balance and loyalty points may be forfeited if termination is for cause.

The Service itself is provided "as available". Underlying games, software, and subscriptions are provided solely by the destination platform or publisher under their own warranty terms. Gameplug warrants delivery of a working Key; we do not warrant any property of the underlying product.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, save where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
